Programme Manager

• Act as agent of the parish in matters relating to the Porch House Programme.
• Ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
• Facilitate and manage the relationships with third parties – including grant bodies, project managers and contractors.
• Make timely decisions within the limits set out in the Programme Governance Section pf the Programme Proposal document.
• Provide regular monthly progress and issue report to the finance committee – by email and at meetings.

Learning Officer

• Liaise with local schools to determine how Porch House could be used as a resource for learning about our heritage.

Corporate and

Communications Officer

• Establish partnerships with local businesses.
• Seek sponsorship and funding assistance.
• Liaise with the media and other bodies to open up our heritage to the widest possible audience.
